For several years, my family and I were in debt. We took loans for our house, car, and business. All our income would go into paying the loans’ monthly installments.
As the years passed, we started feeling the burden of these debts and wished we had never taken the loans. It became worse during COVID-19 as our business was down, and jobs were unstable. We were unable to pay our monthly installments for a few months.
In Pastor Joseph Prince’s preaching, he would share testimonies of people coming out of huge debts and how supernaturally their debts were canceled. I would pray and confess the same for me and my family. I kept confessing Philippians 4:19 and 2 Corinthians 8:9— “My God shall supply all my needs according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus. Jesus became poor on the cross so that I, through His poverty, might become rich.”
I would also pray that I would be out of debt and have plenty more provision to put in store. The streaming of the Sunday online services helped me a lot during these times. It was a tremendous blessing. In two of the annual services where Pastor Prince asked us to lift up our three prayer requests before God, my number one request was for Him to free us from all the debts.
Today, I thank my Almighty Father I can testify that my family and I are out of all our debts. Not only that, but after paying all our debts, we have plenty more to put in store. God provided everything supernaturally beyond our imaginations. He always answers our prayers exceedingly, abundantly, above all.
One of our lands got sold. We never had thoughts of selling it as we thought nobody would buy it, but the buyer himself came to us to buy the land. My father, who retired from his job two years ago, had not received his pension and gratuity due to some internal issues in his company. But when his payment came in, it was more than we had expected.
We thought the money my father was to receive wouldn’t clear all the loans, but God increased the amount, and we could clear all the loans. In the kairos year of right time, right place, we truly received all our blessings at the right time. Knowing that we are free of all debt brings so much peace and joy to our family. I give God all the praise and glory.
Thank you, Pastor Prince, for the gospel that you preach, and I ask my heavenly Father to bless you, your family, and your ministry abundantly. Above all, I thank my Abba for all His love and everything that He has done for me. Hallelujah!
