Praise Report: Life Transformed from Glory to Glory

I received Christ when I was nineteen years old, but I didn’t enjoy a close relationship with God. I always felt condemned like the Samaritan woman whom Jesus met at the well.

Although I didn’t have five husbands like her, I had two. I went through two failed marriages and was constantly looking for love in all the wrong places. I led a decadent life—heavily abusing drugs and alcohol. I seldom stepped out of the house during the day as I felt ashamed of my life.

But God took my life and turned it around when I came to New Creation Church and heard Pastor Prince preach about the Samaritan woman. That message filled the void in my heart, and I decided to surrender my life to Jesus. I also asked Jesus to make me a testimony for His glory.

I left the nightlife and started attending New Creation Church regularly. I also kept listening to Pastor Prince’s sermons. Shortly after, the Lord took away my drug and alcohol addictions and eventually my smoking addiction as well.

Then, by God’s grace, I was offered a job as a caseworker in a halfway house. Though I was the youngest and most inexperienced staff, the Lord’s favor was upon me. Within five years, I was promoted to become the executive director, and today I have also started a social enterprise to help other ex-drug offenders.

Thank you, Pastor Prince, for preaching the gospel of grace and showing me who I am in Christ. Through your teachings, I have found the strength and boldness to shine for Jesus. Thank you!
