When I was in high school, I struggled with pornography addiction. I was also depressed and had no direction in life. I had a religious background but didn’t know about the grace of God. My relationship with God was based on my works and self-righteousness. I kept trying to live right before God but always failed.
When I turned 25, I started watching Pastor Prince’s sermons on YouTube. Hearing the true gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ changed my life forever! As I believed right, I experienced heart transformation. When I depended on Christ’s love for me, I no longer desired to watch pornography daily.
I thought it was impossible to break free from the bondage of this sinful pattern. Pornography, depression, and fear had been such a bondage for me, but knowing Jesus Christ took all my sins and judgement at the cross broke this sinful habit! When I believed that I am the righteousness of God in Christ, my heart changed to loving God and others. Today, I’ve been free from pornography addiction and depression medicine for over 2 years!
I went from waking up to watch porn—and would watch it 2 to 3 times a day—to waking up wanting to study God’s Word daily. I now delight in reading the Bible and find it hard to put it down even after reading it for hours on end! All glory goes to our Lord Jesus Christ and His divine work for us at the cross. His love has changed me—from living in sin and depression to waking up with joy and peace in my soul and fully enjoying every day.
As I depend on His love for me, life is worth the living. I now look forward to spending eternity with God and Christ Jesus in heaven! After living 13 years in sinful bondage, I am now free. I’m living in newness of life and am full of joy in the Holy Spirit. With man it’s impossible, but with God all things are possible!

my ex husband, which is dead was into porno and I am depressed becuse he was messing around with other women . I am depressed because I am alone 4 the last 5 years. I was with him since the 1970s. h
