Experience God’s Constant Supply In Your Life

Do you know that God is faithfully supplying His grace to us in every area of our lives? Because of Jesus’ finished work on the cross, God’s grace—His supply—is constantly and freely flowing to us.

You might be wondering, “Why then am I not seeing this supply, Pastor Prince?”

My dear friend, perhaps it is because you are choking the flow.

“What do you mean by ‘choking the flow’, Pastor Prince? How do I choke God’s flow of grace?”

Here is an illustration the Lord gave me years ago. I believe it will help you understand what I’m saying: Imagine that there are many pipes coming down from heaven. These are flexible pipes and they are all ministering God’s manifold grace into every area of your life. There is a pipe for healing, a pipe for provision, a pipe for relationships, a pipe for marriage, and so on.

God’s supply through these pipes is always flowing. However, whenever we worry about a particular area in our lives, the supply is choked. You see, worrying is essentially us taking on the demand to solve our problems ourselves. It’s us believing we have to make the situation right.

Son, every area that you are not worried about, My grace flows freely.

The truth is, God’s abundant grace cannot flow in areas where we are striving and struggling through our own efforts to produce fruit in our lives. Back then, with the illustration the Lord gave me, I heard Him say to me, “Son, every area that you are not worried about, My grace flows freely.”

You may ask, “But how can I not be worried? I have just lost my job, my bank account is running low, and I’m looking at a mountain of bills!”

The way to nip worrying in the bud is to do what our Lord Jesus, the Prince of Peace, said in Philippians 4:6–7 through the apostle Paul:

Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

Beloved, make the choice to not worry today. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid (John 14:27). When there is something you are concerned about, bring it to the Lord in prayer. Tell Him about the problem and cast your cares to Him, knowing that He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).

Whatever you’re worried about, say to your heavenly Father,

“Daddy God, I release this worry regarding _______ into Your loving hands. I thank You that You love me and want to provide abundantly for me. I believe You will meet all my needs according to the riches of Your glory in Christ Jesus, and I thank You for Your more-than-enough supply. In Jesus’ name, Amen!”

I really believe that as you learn to cast every care to the Lord whenever you start to worry, “the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” And as you rest in His love for you and in His promises to you this way, you’ll soon find a fresh supply of grace abounding toward you.

Remember, Jesus has accomplished everything you need to enjoy His abundant supply and abiding peace in every area of life. So you can rest in His finished work and not worry today.

I have been praying for God to deliver me from my constant headache, neck-ache and shoulder-ache (usually all these happened together). Some times it can get so bad that I will vomit. I truly believe that God will deliver me from it. However, each time the attack comes, I will start relying on medication. Is that considered stopping the flow of blessings from God for my healing?

    • Peter says:

Dear Esther, Keep taking your medicines which the doctors have prescribed you. Fear and worry causes choking so don’t fear or worry about your condition. Despite your symptoms keep declaring by faith that you are already healed by Jesus’ stripes. 2000 years ago Jesus took all your pain, sicknesses, diseases on himself so that you may have His good health. (N.B: Keep on hearing The Gospel of Grace preaching by Pastor Joseph Prince.)
