Praise Report: Teenage Daughter Who Left Home Returns

Pastor Prince, even though I had been a Christian for fifteen years, I only got to learn about the true gospel when I came across your ministry five years ago.

Since then, I have been listening to your sermons on YouTube and Trinity Broadcasting Network.

I would like to share a powerful testimony of the Lord’s grace and faithfulness in my family.

In December 2014, my teenage daughter left home after several months of rebellion. This broke our hearts terribly and I still choke up as I tell this story.

When I listened to your message declaring 2015 to be the year of God’s restoration, I received this promise by faith. I knew God was a God of restoration and that He gave up His only Son on the cross to restore mankind.

I prayed and kept on listening to your sermons. I want to thank you so much for blessing and freeing me from the works of the law through your messages.

I have also been growing in the revelation of who I am in Christ. Although things seemed to get worse and I got discouraged, I kept on listening to your preaching on Christ.

When 2015 was coming to an end, just before Christmas, I cried out to God, “God, You said this is the year of Your restoration, yet this lost sheep (my daughter) has not returned!”

Well, God is true and faithful because our daughter came back home before Christmas Day!

All praise and glory to our great God!

When my daughter was four years old, she knew about Jesus and invited Him into her heart. But she fell into the ways of the world as she grew up. Today, she is almost eighteen and has allowed me to pray with her and for her. There has been a change!

I would like to encourage anyone who is going through the same challenge—don’t give up on your children even as they stray away for a moment because God never gives up on them. The seed of the righteous in Christ shall be delivered (Proverbs 11:21)!
