A few weeks ago, my four-year-old son had to have his tonsils removed along with his adenoids. He was constantly sick due to recurring tonsillitis and had been previously rushed to the emergency room twice for very high fever. The specialist advised us to have it removed, as that would stop the recurring tonsillitis and fevers.
I asked God to make sure that it was His will for my son to undergo the operation. God in His faithfulness gave us peace to proceed. The next stumbling block was the financing of the operation. My husband is the sole breadwinner. I don’t work and we do not have medical aid.
Our Daddy God is a good God. The operation cost a few thousand Rand but we had so much peace that God would provide a way. We paid all the bills with our credit card but reminded Daddy God that we don’t want any debt and that it’s not His will for us to remain in debt. We continued resting in God and trusting that He would provide a way to pay our debt.
My son had the operation on June 19 and on June 24 all our debts were cleared! We had shares we were able to sell and the money gained was more than enough to pay off the debt. All glory to God! He sure honors His Word!
Thank you, Pastor Joseph Prince, for teaching us how much we are loved and accepted by God because of Jesus’ sacrifice! As He is, so are we in this world!
