Toward the end of 2015, as I was about to graduate from college, I was faced with the huge challenge of getting a job.
I was plagued with stress, worry, and anxiety as I felt that it was my responsibility to get my career going so my parents wouldn’t have to continue supporting me financially.
Each day, I would send out at least thirty résumés and write to different companies all over the US. I thought that I would at least get some offers with my past experiences and the volume of emails I had sent.
But to my disappointment, I received a number of rejections and the rest didn’t even respond.
As my graduation date drew nearer, I became more anxious and worried. I kept listening to your messages that I’d purchased on iTunes and would even play the same ones over and over again.
Doing That ONE Thing and Let Go And Let His Supply Flow were the messages that I kept listening to those few months, and they helped to bring much peace to my heart.
I decided to go for a holiday during my school term and I flew to New York City to attend your Grace Revolution Conference.
Being at the conference was so surreal. I felt like I was back in New Creation Church again and was so touched by the entire event.
After the event—a couple weeks left to graduation—I received an internship at a production company in Beverly Hills. Although it was just a part-time internship, I was really grateful for the opportunity.
However, I started worrying again about finances and how I was going to pay my bills and support myself.
One day, while clearing out bugs from the garage, I received an email telling me that I had been offered a PAID internship for a famous television network and talk show at Paramount Pictures!
Even though I was covered with bugs at that time, I was jumping for joy and thanking God for His goodness! Indeed, our God is faithful.
Just by hearing the Word of God through your messages, awesome things have happened and I believe the best is yet to come!
I would like to encourage anyone who is believing God for a breakthrough to keep listening to the gospel of Jesus Christ. There were plenty of times when my faith wavered but I just kept myself tuned in to God’s Word.
Thank you, Pastor Prince, for your ministry. Even though I am many miles away, I still call New Creation Church my home church. Most importantly, I want to thank my Abba Father for being so faithful even when I am faithless.
